Theo quan niệm dân gian, đến ngày 5/5 âm lịch, mỗi gia đình đều chuẩn bị mâm cúng gồm các loại trái cây, rượu nếp, chè xôi...để diệt trừ sâu bọ làm hại mùa màng và xua đuổi bệnh tật trong cơ thể, đón nhận những điều may mắn, ấm no.
Nắm bắt xu hướng tiêu dùng và dự báo sức mua thị trường thực phẩm sẽ tăng cao trong dịp cuối tuần trước thềm Tết Đoan Ngọ 2024, hầu hết mạng lưới chợ truyền thống trên địa bàn TP Hồ Chí Minh như: Bến Thành, Tân Định, Thị Nghè, Hòa Hưng, Gò Vấp… đều ưu tiên bày bán bánh ú nước tro với đa dạng chủng loại và phong phú kích cỡ.
Theo đó, bánh ú nước tro phổ biến chia làm 3 loại với loại nhỏ có giá bán dao động ở mức 40.000-50.000 đồng/chục 10 cái; loại trung là 70.000-80.000 đồng/chục và loại lớn là 100.000-120.000 đồng/chục.
Bánh ú tro là một trong số các mặt hàng bán chạy nhất trong ngày Tết Đoan Ngọ.
Ngoài ra, tại một số chợ hay điểm bán chuyên kinh doanh đặc sản vùng, miền còn giới thiệu loại bánh ú nước tro không nhân với giá bán phổ biến 30.000-35.000 đồng/chục; bánh ú nước tro nhân thịt là 25.000-35.000 đồng/cái…
Đặc biệt, những loại bánh ú nước tro được chế biến mới lạ so với nhân có thêm nguyên liệu tự nhiên như: lá dứa, lá cẩm, gấc… cũng thu hút được sự quan tâm của người tiêu dùng .
Hiện tại, cơm rượu có giá từ 20.000-30.000 đồng/hộp nhỏ; bánh ú tro từ 50.000-80.000 đồng/10 cái tùy loại, lá xông 15.000-20.000 đồng/ bó, bánh bá trạng 90.000-130.000 đồng/cái…
Thông tin từ các chợ đầu mối nông sản trên địa bàn TP Hồ Chí Minh, lượng hàng hóa, trái cây các loại về chợ khá dồi dào, giá tốt nên không lo tình trạng nhảy giá, sốt giá… Ước tính, lượng trái cây đổ mạnh về các chợ đầu mối để phục vụ người dân. Giá trái cây bán sỉ tại chợ đầu mối khoảng 35.000 đồng/kg vải Đắk Lắk, 25.000 đồng/kg chôm chôm nhãn, 35.000 đồng/kg nhãn xuồng miền Tây, quýt đường 25.000 đồng/ kg…
Hòa trong không khí kinh doanh những mặt hàng phục vụ người dân đón Tết Đoan Ngọ năm nay, nhiều tiểu thương cũng tăng cường nguồn cung các mặt hàng như: xôi chè, hoa tươi cắt cành; thịt lợn quay, gà luộc nguyên con… Những sản phẩm này được đơn vị kinh doanh bán theo combo đã nấu chín sẵn và trang trí đẹp mắt để mang lại sự tiện lợi cho người dân tiết kiệm thời gian và chi phí mua sắm riêng lẻ từng sản phẩm. Với những khách hàng quá bận rộn, có điều kiện tài chính thì dịch vụ mâm cỗ làm sẵn giao tận nhà thật tiện với mức giá mỗi mâm khoảng 800.000 đồng.
Liên quan đến thị trường thực phẩm Tết Đoan Ngọ 2024, anh Thanh Tùng, tiểu thương chợ Bà Chiểu, quận Bình Thạnh, TP Hồ Chí Minh cho hay, quầy hàng chuyên kinh doanh thực phẩm nên vào mỗi dịp Lễ, Tết đều thiết kế combo sản phẩm đã nấu chín sẵn để đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Nhiều ưu đãi mừng Tết Đoan Ngọ tại các cửa hàng, siêu thị
Không kém phần cạnh tranh, tại hệ thống siêu thị, cửa hàng tiện lợi… Dịp này, các hệ thống cửa hàng, siêu thị trên toàn quốc cũng đang triển khai nhiều chương trình ưu đãi hấp dẫn chào đón ngày Tết Đoan Ngọ 2024.
Cụ thể, tại hệ thống siêu thị Co.opMart đang áp dụng chương trình Vui Tết Đoan Ngọ. Khi mua hàng tại hệ thống siêu thị, khách hàng sẽ được giảm giá sâu các mặt hàng, các sản phẩm đặc trưng trong Tết Đoan Ngọ như: Bánh ú nước tro, cơm rượu, chè trôi nước, xôi gấc, các loại trái cây, hoa tươi...
Các mặt hàng trong chương trình Vui Tết Đoan Ngọ được ưu đãi từ nay đến 12/6, bao gồm: sầu riêng 6 ri, dưa hấu đỏ, bơ 034, mận hậu, chôm chôm giống Thái, trái vải được giảm 20%; táo bi đỏ New Zealand, táo Organic Juliet, cam Ai Cập được giảm 15%. Gà dai quay nguyên con còn 99.000 đồng/con; gà thả vườn, gỏi gà xé phay, cánh gà chiên nước mắn, đùi tỏi gà chiên đồng loạt khuyến mãi: giảm 10% - 15%.
Chương trình ưu đãi cũng được áp dụng với các sản phẩm: chè trôi nước, xôi gấc, thịt kho trứng, canh khổ qua dồn thịt, bánh ú nước tro, cơm rượu hũ… Bên cạnh đó, các mặt hàng rau củ quả như bí đỏ tròn, cần tây, bắp cải thảo, bí đao, tỏi tép thơm, cải ngọt… cũng giá giảm từ 15% đến 30%.
Theo đại diện Co.opMart, lượng hàng hóa được chuẩn bị tăng 50% so với ngày thường. Hệ thống Co.opMart, Co.opXtra cũng dành nhiều ưu đãi cho khách hàng thành viên. Theo đó, khách hàng thành viên các cấp độ mua sắm với hóa đơn trên 500.000 đồng sẽ được tặng 1 phiếu mua hàng trị giá 30.000 đồng trong khuôn khổ chương trình "Đón Tết Đoan Ngọ - Nhận quà cực to" áp dụng từ ngày 8/6 đến 10/6.
Trên toàn hệ thống WinMart/WinMart+/WiN, chương trình ưu đãi được áp dụng với các mặt hàng trái cây nội địa như dưa hấu, chuối vàng, dừa xiêm, mận đỏ An Phước, ổi lê, mận hậu, vải thiều, bơ các loại… Các loại trái có giá dao động từ 15.900- 80.000 đồng/kg tùy loại.
Hiện nay, WinCommerce cũng đang triển khai chương trình Lễ hội Sơn La với giá ưu đãi. Theo đó tại WinMart/WinMart+/WiN miền Nam/miền Trung, mận hậu giá từ 70.900 đồng/kg giảm còn 39.900 đồng/kg. Tại WinMart miền Bắc, quả nhãn Sông Mã giá từ 79.900 đồng giảm còn 68.000 đồng/gói; xoài Yên Châu giá từ 35.900 đồng/kg giảm còn 29.900 đồng/kg…
Tại hệ thống cửa hàng Bánh Ú Đại Phát, dịp Tết Đoan Ngọ, sản phẩm bánh được chiết khấu từ 5% đến 15%, tùy theo giá trị đơn hàng. Tại nhiều cửa hàng, đại lý trái cây, bên các mâm lễ phục vụ cho ngày Tết Đoan Ngọ bao gồm trái cây, bánh gio, rượu nếp, hoa tươi… cũng được bán với giá từ 150.000 đồng đến 350.000 đồng.
