Chiều 5/7, Đội cảnh sát kinh tế-ma túy Công an TP Thuận An và cán bộ Đội Quản lý thị trường TP Thuận An đang tiếp tục kiểm tra, củng cố hồ sơ để xử lý chủ cơ sở sản xuất xe đạp điện giả nhãn mác trên địa bàn phường Lái Thiêu, TP Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương.
Theo thông tin ban đầu, sáng 5/7, qua công tác nghiệp vụ, gần 10 cán bộ, chiến sỹ Đội cảnh sát kinh tế-ma túy Công an TP Thuận An bất ngờ kiểm tra hành chính nơi sản xuất xe đạp điện của bà Nguyễn Nữ Diệu Hằng (42 tuổi, quê Quảng Ngãi) làm chủ.
Cơ sở này được bà Hằng thuê lại của người có tên Hiếu, diện tích đất nhà xưởng rộng 1.000m2, tọa lạc tại địa chỉ 171 Bis, khu phố Đông Tư, phường Lái Thiêu.

Tại thời điểm kiểm tra, lực lượng chức năng phát hiện ra nhiều xe đạp điện giả nhãn hiệu Honda và Asama. Tại đây, bà Hằng thuê 6 nhân công lắp ráp hoàn chỉnh gần 80 xe đạp điện chuẩn bị đem đi tiêu thụ.
Ngoài ra, qua kiểm tra, lực lượng chức năng TP Thuận An phát hiện tại cơ sở của bà Hằng có hàng ngàn phụ tùng, linh kiện dùng để sản xuất xe đạp điện giả nhãn hiệu Honda và hãng Asama.
Làm việc với lực lượng chức năng, bà Hằng khai nhận thuê nhà kho của ông Hiếu từ tháng 9/2021 để sản xuất xe đạp điện giả nhãn hiệu Honda và hãng Asama cho đến lúc bị lực lượng chức năng TP Thuận An kiểm tra, xử lý.
Khi lực lượng chức năng kiểm tra bà Hằng không có hồ sơ pháp lý chứng minh xuất xứ hàng hóa. Hiện vụ việc đang được cơ quan chức năng tiếp tục điều tra làm rõ. Lực lượng chức năng đang làm việc với các đương sự liên quan.
